We may terminate or suspend access when conduct violates these Terms, harms users or third parties, or threatens the service.

We may update these Terms. Significant changes will be announced on the website or by email to the address associated with your account.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Pokedy does not offer refunds except in exceptional circumstances assessed individually.
