Pokedy is committed to protecting your personal information and privacy. This policy explains how information is collected, used, disclosed, and protected when you use our website and services.

We collect information you provide when registering, such as your name and email address. We may also receive information from the authentication provider you choose.

We use collected information to:

Your data is hosted in Switzerland. We use security measures and trusted authentication providers to protect personal information. Pokedy does not directly store third-party account passwords.

• Request deletion of personal data held by Pokedy
• Object to certain processing of your personal data

We use cookies and similar technologies to understand website activity and retain certain preferences. Your browser can refuse cookies or notify you when a cookie is sent.

Pokedy uses third-party authentication services. Their own privacy policies explain how they process data.

If you connect an eBay seller account, eBay shares identifiers, your username, OAuth permissions, and a refresh token with Pokedy. The token is encrypted at rest and used only for seller actions you initiate.

Pokedy stores the selected marketplace, inventory location and policy identifiers, and the status of listings created through Pokedy. Approved card information and photos are sent to eBay only when you confirm publication.

You can disconnect eBay in Pokedy settings. This removes the stored OAuth connection but does not automatically end published listings. Pokedy also processes verified eBay account-deletion notifications.

Pokedy is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

We may update this policy. Changes will be published on this page together with an updated revision date.
